The competition has been organized by IMC Kariera Ltd and the Rzeczpospolita daily newspaper, and involved companies which in 2005-2005 introduced activities or programmes aimed at:- raising employee’s qualifications, investment in human resources- improving working conditions (with the exception of health and safety)- providing aid to redundant workers (outplacement and creation of new employment positions) The jury evaluated entries in terms of their scale and scope of activities, number and type of beneficiaries, the timeframe of the programme, results achieved, the degree of the programme’s coherence with overall company culture, and the conflict-free implementation of the programme. Nowy Styl submitted the programme, comprising training for current and potential factory foremen. The programme is specifically aimed at knowledge transfer in matters of company production and policies to middle management personnel. The jury appreciated the professional development and promotion opportunities aspects of the programme. The main trophy was awarded to the “Antalis” company – a distributor of visual communication aids.
